Industrial resin / Introduction

Our main focus

Our main focus

A solution for the most heavily loaded industries

The largest share of our work is three-layer, lightly slip-resistant epoxy flooring. This build-up holds up under moisture, chemicals, mechanical load and frequent, intensive cleaning, while giving a sealed, seamless surface that is easy to clean.

We size every surface to the load and function of the space, using tested MAPEI and STO systems, as an official approved contractor.

Why clients choose it

Properties that matter day to day

Industrial epoxy does more than protect: it serves hygiene, safety and service life at the same time.

Slip-resistant

A textured surface for safe movement in wet production areas.

Acid- and chemical-resistant

Resistant to cleaning agents, acids and the chemical load of production.

Hygienic and seamless

A sealed, pore-free surface that meets food industry requirements.

Wear-resistant

A long service life even under forklift, machine and foot traffic.

Typical applications

Industrial epoxy is the most economical choice wherever the floor has to be hygienic, load-bearing and chemical-resistant at the same time.

  • Food processing plants
  • Wineries

How it is built up

The three-layer build-up

A durable floor depends on the right substrate and on careful, layer-by-layer application.

Primer layer

A primer that soaks deep into the prepared, ground substrate for lasting adhesion.

Intermediate layer

The load-bearing middle layer gives the floor its thickness and strength.

Top coat

A lightly slip-resistant, chemical-resistant top coat seals the system.
